PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THIS PRODUCTS TO YOUR MIAMI ADDRESS AS THEY CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO YOUR COUNTRY AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR DESTRUCTION OR RETURN TO SHIPPER COSTS.

AEROCASILLAS WILL NOT TRANSPORT THIS ITEMS AND NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THESE.

Any flammable, corrosive or explosive item	Ammunitions and fire arms
Any item with alcohol listed as its first ingredient	Wet-cell batteries
Cleaning solutions	Poisons
Fireworks	Pressure containers
Gas	Matches
Tear gas or pepper spray	Gas powered tools
Lighters	Prishables
Used tires	Psychotropic substances, precursors and controlled substances
Natural products and vitamins	Tattoo machines
Airbags

Defined as small quantities of personal use items.

SHIPMENTS OF THESE GOODS ARE ONCE EVERY 15 DAYS.

ADDITIONAL FEE PER PACKAGE: 6,000 COLONES.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE TIMEFRAME IS ONE WEEK AFTER PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED IN COUNTRY.

These items have certain types of local restrictions or may need special permits to enter the country. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

Require Permit from the "Ministerio de Salud"

Aerocasillas can do the paperwork of these permits if they are small amounts for personal use. No commercial quantities will be processed.
Paperwork timeframe (including customs clearance): 5-7 business days.
Permit paperwork fee: $ 10.00
Drugs permits requiere a prescription from a local doctor and "epicrisis", otherwise they can not be processed and we will not accept claims for such packages.
If the permit is rejected, documents will be delivered to the customer who may personally request the permit to the "Ministerio de Salud" (Tel 2221-7697 or 2257-7821). The permit fee will still be applied.
Remember, Aerocasillas does not charge warehousing for packages up to 24 calendar days. After this time, the customer must cancel warehousing fees ($50 and up) directly to the Fiscal Warehouse.

Used or Pre-owned Products

Any used items require a permit from the "Ministerio de Salud" which Aerocasillas does not process; so it is the customer's responsibility to process it through a Customs Broker. No claims will be allowed for such packages.
