During the last three years we have worked diligently to keep our rates constant, however the operating costs for air cargo transportation have increased significantly and we find it necessary to make some adjustments to our rates in order to continue giving you the high quality of service you deserve.

Our primary interest is to serve you the customer with competitive market rates and top-notch service, which is why our mail rates, ½ kg package rates and customs handling rates will remain intact.

Fuel Surcharge Increase

Due to a increase in airline transportation cost from Miami to Costa Rica, Aerocasillas announce a 2% increase in the fuel surcharge. Effective May 10th, 2010 the fuel surcharge will be to 14%.

We have implemented an innovative tool that allows us to give priority handling to the packages you receive in Miami.

How it works? Each time you place an Internet order and receive the tracking number (UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS, etc.) from your supplier, you can pre-register your package information in MyAero.
