All packages entering the country must pass through Customs and can pay taxes according to Custom's Law.
How can I know the percentage of taxes I have to pay for certain item?
In case that your package is held at Customs, the percentage of taxes that you have to pay depends on:
The description of the package's content
The CIF value

RESTRICTED SHIPMENTS AND DANGEROUS GOODS
What items can or cannot be shipped to my Miami Address?
Some products cannot be shipped as they are considered to be dangerous goods or have some other type of restrictions in Miami or in your country. Even some products that could be considered inoffensives as frangances, deodorants, creams and beauty products have restrictions. Please review our Restricted Shipments and Dangerous Goods Policy before ordering online.
What happens if I have already ordered a restricted item?
If you receive a package that is restricted to fly, you have two options:
Return package to the supplier
Destruction
Either option needs to be coordinated through our Customer Service Department and has additional costs. If no instruction from you is received within 2 weeks after package's arrival to Miami, the package will be destroyed and associated costs will be charged to your account. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

How does warranty work for items purchased on the Internet?
Generally, the warranty will apply only in the USA. If you have any problem with your purchase, you must contact your providor and send it back to him. You must cover transportation costs from Costa Rica to the supplier's offices.
Keep in mind to review the warranty and return policies of your supplier.

How do I access My Aero?
To access My Aero you need to register first providing your account number and e mail address. You will receive an e mail with your password. By clicking on the My Aero icon located on the left side of pur web page, you can sign in with the password you received.
What can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click over the link "Forgot your password?" located on the My Aero sign in page. You will be asked to enter your country and account number. Few seconds later, you will receive an e mail with your password.
