Generally, the warranty will apply only in the USA. If you have any problem with your purchase, you must contact your providor and send it back to him. You must cover transportation costs from Panamá to the supplier's offices.

  • What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, click over the link "Forgot your password?" located on the My Aero sign in page. You will be asked to enter your country and account number. Few seconds later, you will receive an e mail with your password.
