Inbound / Smart Address Service

MailPac offers an overseas mail and package service. When you open an account with us you are given a US mailing address or "Smart Address," which consists of a Post Office Box AND a street address.

Use your Smart Address to receive mail and magazines, and the street address to receive packages. Mail, magazines and packages are then sent to Jamaica where MailPac provides customs clearance and delivery.

Annual fee of $35 (US) is required every year.
This fee is pro-rated for the year in which the account was opened. No refunds on the annual fee will be given after 15 days.

Documents that must be signed for upon receipt in Miami (such as courier envelopes or certified letters) are charged an additional $2.00 handling fee.

	Additional Benefits : Additional Charges: You can track all your packages on-line using your personalized on-line account.   Each lb/0.45 kg over 24 lbs/10.89 kgs costs an additional $1.50 per lb. If package weight exceeds 50 lbs. or the package length + width + height exceeds 60 inches, there may be a $15.00 oversize handling fee per piece. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, then the dimensional weight will be used to determine the package charge. Restricted shipments and dangerous goods.
