You can receive packages of just about any size. What you have to keep in mind is that we use air freight only. Items such as furniture and large appliances can be sent through MailPac, it just becomes very expensive to air freight as opposed to sending by sea freight. Large items that we often ship for account holders include items such as computers, electronics, car parts, ready-to-assemble furniture etc. (Please ensure that all shipments are packaged properly as we will not accept liability for damage to goods due to improper packaging.)
If you request for us to hold a package in Miami for pickup, the service charge will be US$1.00 per pound, payable in advance.

How long does it take to receive mail and packages?
Deliveries are usually done the next business day after the cargo is cleared at the airport. From the time something gets to the mailbox or street address, it is usually 3-5 days before it is delivered to you in Kingston.
What items can or cannot be shipped to my Miami Address?
Some products cannot be shipped as they are considered to be dangerous goods or have some other type of restrictions in Miami or in your country. Even some products that could be considered inoffensives as frangances, deodorants, creams and beauty products have restrictions. Please review our Restricted Shipments and Dangerous Goods Policy before ordering online.
What happens if I have already ordered a restricted item?
If you receive a package that is restricted to fly, you have four options:
Return package to the supplier
Destruction
Someone to pick up the package
Deliver it to a local address of your choice
Either option needs to be coordinated through our Customer Service Department and has additional costs. If no instruction from you is received within 2 weeks after package's arrival to Miami, the package will be destroyed and associated costs will be charged to your account. My AERO is a great feature of the Aeropost International Services, Inc. system that allows you to view on line all the information related to your packages. Also it is linked with all of the major carriers so that when you input a tracking number for UPS, DHL, FEDEX, or USPS, the program automatically returns all information relative to the package even though we have not actually received or processed it. Additionally, you will be able to view your statement on line and submit customer service inquiries. We are constantly adding new features so sign up today!
MailPac Services will pay customs duty and customs GCT at the airport for all packages entering Jamaica. (In certain cases, we will ask the account holder to prepay customs duty prior to customs clearance.) However, such packages are billed COD. All other activity on your account will be billed on your monthly statement.
Can I drop off items at the street address to be sent to me in Jamaica?
Anyone can drop off items at the street address in Miami, to be shipped to you in Jamaica. The shipper will be given a tracking number for each delivery. Our opening hours in Miami are 8AM - 4PM (Miami Time) Monday - Friday. Please try to schedule deliveries between these hours.
What if I want to open an account but I live outside of Kingston?
You have several options. You can give us the address of a friend or relative in the corporate area that we can deliver your mail and packages to. You can elect to pick up your mail at our office, or you can have a courier collect your items at our office (at your expense).
