  • We do not charge volumetric weight.

  • You may return any unwanted mail for a full credit .

  • You can track all your packages on-line using your personalized on-line account.

 

  

  • There is an additional Fuel Surcharge on freight charge based on Airline Fuel Costs. This fuel surcharge is billed separately from the standard freight charge.

  • Automatic insurance charge for each USD$100 of declared value: USD$0.50.

  • Delivery Surcharge to Tobago: USD$5.00 per shipment.

  • Shipments that require any special handling are subject to additional charges.
